Cox Collision is the more-severe accident repair division of our company, and these services were added to our mix in the year 2000. Since then, we've repaired or replaced parts and repainted over 2,000 severely damaged vehicles in the $600.00 to $12,000 cost range. Whether your accident scraped the bumper or the entire side of your vehicle, or it crunched in your fender, doors, windshield or hood, our trained staff will help from the very begining of the estimating process, discussing repair options based on your needs, through dealing with your insurance company if necessary, all the way through completion of the repairs and painting of your vehicle. If the frame or inner-structure of the vehicle is bent, the vehicle will be dismantled, straightened on our frame machine, and reassembled to factory specs prior to painting, for perfect part fitting and alignment. INSURANCE INFO: Note... We have a FANTASTIC reputation within the insurance industry in southwest Missouri and beyond and work closley with all companies on a daily basis. However, we are NOT a direct repair-contracted body shop for ANY insurance company. We work for you, the customer! Your insurance company may still go directly off of our repair estimate, but they are more likely to 1.) send an adjuster out to look at and estimate your damage, or 2.) ask you to go to one of their contracted Direct Repair body shops for an estimate. Either way, you are under no obligation to go to any shop they suggest. By law, they cannot "steer" you to one shop or another for repairs. If they suggest that one of their shops will offer a smoother, quicker repair process We will work off whatever estimate you bring us, and dela directly with your insurance company if their estimate is incorrect.
